The Role
We’re looking for a Managing Broker in each state who measures success by agent success. You’ll guide contracts and compliance, lead live trainings, and be present in our zoom.myrealestateco.com office (cameras on, weekdays 10–2 CST) so agents always know they have a responsive leader in their corner. Most importantly, you’ll have a say in shaping the team — making sure we grow with quality, not just quantity.
Responsibilities
- Be consistently available in Zoom and Slack so agents feel supported and heard
- Deliver contract training and compliance support that builds confidence, not fear
- Lead engaging trainings and keep conversations flowing in Slack
- Build trust and transparency between agents and national leadership
- Play a voice in shaping the culture by helping bring in the right agents — not just more agents
Qualifications
- Active Managing Broker license in good standing
- Proven track record supporting and leading agents
- Tech-capable (Slack, Zoom, cloud-based brokerage tools)
- Strong industry reputation — bonus if your agents would follow you anywhere
