Meet Brennan
Brennan Cook is the West Virginia Managing Broker for My Real Estate Company™ and serves as the company’s Director of Teams, helping lead the growth and expansion of MyRECo’s national team platform as the brokerage continues to expand state by state.With more than 13 years of experience in real estate, brokerage operations, and team leadership, Brennan brings a unique combination of local market expertise and large-scale operational leadership to the role. Prior to MyRECo, he held senior leadership positions supporting some of the highest-producing real estate teams in the country, helping oversee transaction operations involving more than 100,000 transactions annually and billions in closed sales volume.Throughout his career, Brennan has focused on building systems, workflows, and support structures that help agents and teams operate more efficiently while improving the client experience. In addition to leading brokerage operations, he remains an active real estate broker and licensed mortgage loan officer, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges agents, buyers, sellers, and team leaders face in today’s market.At MyRECo, Brennan’s mission is to help build a modern, agent-first brokerage focused on production, innovation, and long-term growth.
