Damien Swords is a Navy Veteran turned REALTOR® serving the Quad Cities and surrounding areas across Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa.
He works with buyers, sellers, first-time homeowners, and investors who want clear communication, strong strategy, and someone who actually shows up when it matters. Whether it is buying a home in the Quad Cities, selling in Western Illinois, or investing in Eastern Iowa real estate, Damien focuses on keeping the process organized, transparent, and moving forward.
His approach is simple: no fluff, no pressure, no guessing. Just honest guidance, solid negotiation, and a focus on helping clients make smart decisions that fit their situation. From pricing and market positioning to inspections and closing, Damien keeps everything clear so clients always know what is happening next.
Based in the Quad Cities and working throughout Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa, Damien understands the local market at a practical level, not just on paper. He also helps clients navigate the differences between Illinois and Iowa transactions, making the process smoother and more predictable across state lines.
Outside of real estate, Damien is a board member for QC Paws, supporting Rock Island County Animal Care & Control. He is also a dog owner of three, which means most of his free time involves muddy paws, long walks, and a house that never quite stays clean.
