Lindsey Hollin is a leading Texas Hill Country ranch broker specializing in premier hunting ranches and investment-grade rural land across the state. Raised in the swamps of South Florida while following her father’s surveying work, she developed a lifelong connection to hunting, fishing, land stewardship, and the outdoor lifestyle. That early foundation led her to competitive shooting, where she earned a spot on the USA Olympic Development Team for Trap and Skeet and served as an ambassador for the U.S. Shooting Team.
After retiring from professional shooting in 2008, Lindsey planted roots in Fredericksburg, Texas, and built a career that blends her ranch brokerage experience with a strong marketing background. That combination gives her clients a rare advantage in the Texas ranch market. She understands both the land and the lifestyle, from wildlife management to property positioning, and brings a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing luxury rural listings.
As Founder and Team Lead of the Texas Rural Land Sales Group and a Certified Farm and Ranch Mentor, Lindsey is known for her commitment to client service, her deep local insight, and her ability to identify and market high-value ranch opportunities. She remains active in the hunting and firearms industry and spends her free time fly fishing the South Llano River or training her three terriers, Roux, Poncho, and Lefty, for the field.
